Terms of Engagement

These terms govern all interactions with the Praesora platform, website, engagement process, and payment transactions. By submitting an engagement request or initiating a payment, you agree to the following.
1. Platform Nature
Praesora is licensed infrastructure software. It is not a hosted service, marketplace, or consumer application. All access, deployment, and use are governed by individual license agreements executed between the licensee and the platform operator.
2. Engagement Process
All access to Praesora is qualification-first. Submission of an engagement request does not constitute acceptance, agreement, or promise of access. Praesora reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion.
3. Payments
All payments are processed exclusively through PayPal. Praesora does not store, process, or have access to credit card or bank account information. Payment constitutes acceptance of the specific license or service described at the time of transaction.
- All transactions are in USD unless otherwise agreed
- Pilot license fees are non-refundable after deployment begins
- Enterprise and reference client pricing is contractual
- Platform fees are disclosed before payment confirmation
4. Intellectual Property
Praesora and its invention portfolio (INV-001 through INV-012) are proprietary. No license, access, or engagement grants rights to the underlying mechanisms, source code, or invention disclosures beyond what is explicitly stated in the executed license agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Praesora is provided under individual license agreements with their own terms. This website and its content are provided as-is for informational purposes. The platform operator is not liable for decisions made based on information presented on this website.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from engagement with Praesora shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the platform operator.
