Information submitted through the engagement form — including organization type, organization name, intended use, contact email, and additional context — is used solely for the purpose of evaluating engagement requests. This data is not shared with third parties.

3. Payment Data

All payments are processed by PayPal. Praesora does not receive, store, or process credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information. PayPal's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.

4. Server Logs

Standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps, user agents) may be recorded for operational and security purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for profiling or marketing.

5. Data Retention

Engagement request data is retained for the duration necessary to evaluate and process the request. Upon request, this data can be deleted by contacting the platform operator.
