Governance Evidence
Operational Posture & Qualification Process
Governance Posture
Praesora operates under a fail-closed governance model. No execution proceeds without explicit policy authorization. The platform kernel enforces zero implicit permissions, mandatory audit logging, and surface-separated compliance boundaries.
- Fail-closed enforcement: all actions denied unless explicitly permitted by policy
- Zero implicit permissions: no default access grants
- Mandatory audit trail: every policy decision logged immutably
- Surface separation: compliance boundaries enforced at the kernel level
- 12 protected inventions (INV-001 through INV-012) covering governance mechanisms
Governance Artifacts
The following artifacts are maintained as part of the platform's governance posture:
- Invention Disclosures — 12 formal invention disclosures documenting protected mechanisms (View Inventions)
- Patent Documentation — Claims, specification, and evidence for the governance kernel
- Extraction Boundary — Formal documentation of platform kernel boundaries
- Commercial Readiness Report — Operational readiness documentation
- Operations Runbook — Procedures for intake processing and governance operations
- Governance Gates — Founder approval gates for large-scale engagements
Intake Process
All engagements begin with a structured governance intake. The intake process collects organizational context, deployment requirements, compliance needs, and governance scope.
- Submissions are validated and persisted server-side
- Rate limiting is enforced to prevent abuse (10 submissions per IP per hour)
- No tracking, analytics, or third-party data sharing
- All submissions reviewed by the founder personally
Founder Approval Gates
Engagements at certain governance scope thresholds require explicit founder approval before proceeding:
- $100M – $500M scope: Founder review required — enhanced due diligence and governance assessment before engagement proceeds
- $500M+ scope: Mandatory founder approval — direct founder engagement, custom governance architecture review, and structured engagement terms required
These gates exist to ensure that large-scale governance deployments receive the architectural attention and oversight they require. No engagement above $100M proceeds without direct founder involvement.
